1 C Shortning
2 C Sugar
3 Egg (Beaten)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 C Sour Cream
5 C Flour
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
Cream shortning and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Mix Well. Add flour with salt, baking powder and baking soda. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Grease bottom od small flat glass and dip into sugar. Press cookie flat. Bake at 350 dgrees for 8-12 minutes.
