Dry Rub for Pork

(2) tsp Kosher salt
(1) tsp Garlic powder
(2) tsp Brown sugar
(1) tsp Cumin
(1) tsp Ground Mustard Seed
(1) tsp Fresh ground black pepper
Pinch of Marjoram
(1) tsp Onion Powder
(1/2) tsp Paprika
(1/4) tsp Cayenne Pepper
(1/4) tsp Ancho Chile Powder
(1/2) tsp Apple Pie Spice

Mix all ingredients, use about 1/2 tsp of rub for each side of chop, smoke chops or grill and enjoy. Goes great with chunky applesauce and/or apple salsa.

This is a family hit. I use this on chicken, bergers and whatever else is on the grill. Everyone loves it. Thanks Gary!
