Artichoke Dip

1 10 oz. Package Spinach (Frozen)
2 6 oz. Jars Artichoke Hearts (Marinated)
3 Garlic Clove (Minced)
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese
2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
1 C Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 C Dry Bread Crumbs

Drain Spinach between layers of paper towel. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice & Parmesan cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased 7X11" baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes & serve with crackers or bread-sticks.
